Our calculators produce estimates from the numbers you enter. They are planning aids, not underwriting. Lenders compute these figures with their own methods and their own data, and their results control.

RefiLoop is a commercial mortgage brokerage, but using this site does not make you a RefiLoop client. Reading content, using a calculator, or submitting your contact information does not create an engagement, agency, or fiduciary relationship. A brokerage engagement exists only when both parties sign a written engagement agreement.
Using and citing our content
You may read, link to, and cite this site freely with attribution to RefiLoop and a link to the source page. You may not scrape the site in bulk or republish substantial portions without permission. Journalists, researchers, and analysts citing individual figures with a link never need to ask.
