About RefiLoop
RefiLoop is a commercial mortgage brokerage built specifically for property owners who need to refinance — fast, and without the runaround. We work with investors and owners across Texas, Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, Ohio, Colorado, and Tennessee, focused on loans from $500,000 to $15 million.
Most of our clients come to us in one of three situations: their balloon payment is coming due, their bank won’t renew, or their DSCR doesn’t meet conventional thresholds. These aren’t dead ends — they’re problems with solutions. We find those solutions.
Unlike a bank that offers one product, RefiLoop has relationships with dozens of capital sources: debt funds, bridge lenders, life companies, CMBS conduits, and credit unions. That means we can match your deal to the right lender — not the only lender we have.
David Greenbaum — Founder & Principal Broker
David Greenbaum is a commercial mortgage broker based in South Florida with a decade of experience in real estate finance. He founded RefiLoop after seeing too many property owners get blindsided by balloon maturities and left with no clear path forward.
David works directly with every client — no hand-offs to junior staff, no call centers. He underwrites deals personally, structures the financing, and manages lender relationships from first call to closing.
- Specialties: Commercial refinance, bridge loans, balloon maturity workouts, DSCR-challenged deals
