What we collect when you use this site, why we collect it, and what we will never do with it. Written to be read, not skimmed past. Last updated: August 24, 2026.
What we collect
Contact and inquiry submissions. If you use the contact form, request a callback, or schedule a call, we collect what you give us: your name, email address, phone number, and the loan or property details you describe (property type, location, loan amount, current terms, and similar).
Scheduling. If you book a call through our scheduling tool (Calendly), that booking is processed by Calendly under its own privacy policy; we receive the details you enter to hold the appointment.
Basic analytics. Which pages are viewed and where visitors come from, in aggregate, using Google Analytics and Ahrefs Analytics. These are traffic measurement tools; we do not run advertising trackers or remarketing pixels on this site. Reading the site requires no account and no personal information.
Why we collect it
RefiLoop is a commercial mortgage brokerage. Inquiry submissions are leads for that brokerage: we use your contact information and loan details to respond to the scenario you described and to follow up about financing options. Analytics are used to understand which content is useful and improve the site.
Who we share it with
Your information stays within RefiLoop’s brokerage operations. In the course of arranging financing you asked about, we may share relevant loan details with lenders and financing partners — that is the point of a brokerage. We use ordinary service providers (hosting, analytics, email, scheduling) to run the site, and they process data only on our behalf. We may supplement what you provide with public-record information relevant to your property or loan. We never sell your information to third-party lead resellers: submitting an inquiry puts you in contact with RefiLoop — not on a list that gets shopped around.
Calls, texts, and email
If you give us your phone number, we may call or text you about your inquiry. You can withdraw that consent at any time: reply STOP to any text, tell us on any call, or email us, and we will stop. We honor opt-outs except for the minimal record needed to prove the opt-out itself.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry submissions while the lead is active and for as long as reasonably needed for brokerage record-keeping, then delete or anonymize them. Aggregate analytics contain no personal information and may be kept indefinitely.
Your rights
Email david@refiloop.com to ask what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. We honor deletion requests except where we must retain a minimal record (for example, proof that you opted out of contact).
